Hatch Green Chile Spice is right next to salt and pepper for us. I cook with it, and it is on our table for a spark to any meal. For corn on the cob, it has replaced salt and pepper. On eggs, in the morning, sandwiches at noon, and anything at dinner. I'm trying to figure out how to use it on ice cream - Hatch Green Chile Spice is that good. You are only hurting your taste buds if you choose not to try Green Hatch Chile Spice.

575 is amazing. The ads got me on FB. Super delicious, unique flavor and very fresh. You can eat it with a spoon by itself but really good on anything. I’ve probably gone through 10 jars.

The company used to be known as 575, but I think they changed their name, so they are not confused with the 505 hatch green chili brand which is found in grocery stores.

Allegation of recipe misappropriation against company owner
Horrible company,.....Colonist owns the company. He takes all the recipes from the Hispanic community, and then repackages it as Mexican food. Tell me...why would a man that steals from the Hispanic community not watch an Hispanic American sing at the 2026 super bowl?
