Anything you want green chili on or in. My faves are green chili stew, burritos slathered in green chili gravy, French fries covered with green chili gravy and cheese, green chili corn dogs are sublime,omelets, homemade bread, grits and green chili, pizza, and on and on. Some even like green chili ice cream . If you’re referring to the size of the jar, freeze it in smaller containers.

Fresh Chile Company green chile praised but shipping costs frustrate
Never tried 505 but I've ordered twice from the fresh Chile company. I tried three red, and three of the green medium heats of the 575. They are both good but the red doesn't sit well post gallbladder removal. I've reordered 12 of the green, down to my 3rd to last bottle now, and I love the green. I am however irritated about the shipping increase from my last order.
