Best off the shelf enchilada sauce out there!
First time to buy these
First time to buy these. I heated them in the fabric pocket type thing in the microwave and had problems with them tearing when I made enchiladas. Didn’t have this problem with the hatch green chile tortillas. What was I doing wrong?

I tried these red chili tortillas on my old Tex-Mex enchilada recipe (still waiting for the enchilada sauce) and it really elevated the dish. I'm very impressed and will use these exclusively going forward.

I bought both red and green being that my husband prefers red chile and I prefer green and to my surprise he liked the green ones better! This was our 1st time trying them and I made 2 different dinners with them! And my husband asked if I would get them again and I said Yes! Asked him if he'd eat them again and he said Yes! So I guess I'll be ordering more soon!

These tortillas have come a long way since they were first offered. They arrive fresh and within several days after they are ordered. The red chili taste is spot on and add to the flavor of anything you put on them. I buy several packages and freeze all but one so I can keep them around for a long time. When thawed these tortillas are really fresh and ready to go in a skillet, over or air fryer. I like the red one better than the green ones because I think the taste is milder in flavor where the green ones have the real pepper taste. I eat he red ones with my heuvos ranchero and the taste is so good and believe me I pile on the Mamas salsa, cheese and eggs. The green ones I use for a breakfast burrito. Both of the red and green tortillas are tasty and ready to eat when the arrive. The on-one ordering is a breeze. The flavor of the red and green alike is that earthy chile flavor but even better with the Hatch chile's. This is our second order of both varieties. They freeze nicely for longevity. Wow ! These are some mighty good tortillas ! Made crispy tacos last night and we LOVED them. Enchiladas are next, probably tomorrow night. Definitely have your hook firmly set in our mouths. We want to get some chile sauces also, both red and green. And the sun-dried for sure when we"re able to splurge.

I recently made chicken cheese enchiladas. I don't heat them with oil, I just steamed them in the Microwave. They will need to be steamed really well so they don't break apart when you roll them. The flavour was there in just a hint - not overwhelming. My Family enjoyed their meal had reruns the next day. A little over priced. I would recommend those special time meals.

Flavor was very good but product was torn and I had difficulty getting it to roll well. I cooked briefly in hot oil for about15 seconds, then put on paper towel to drain. Ended up using it as a tostada which was good just not what I wanted. Next day I warmed in gently in a hot no stick skillet without oil and it worked better.

The red chile tortillas are very good. I ordered two packages to try and they did not disappoint. There is some spice to them and they seem to hold up better than traditional corn tortillas I can get locally. OK, I live in MO so the corn tortilla selection I have available may not be as good as you find in the SW US... They are great with egg, cheese, fresh green chiles and avocado. It gets the day started right!

I did not know what to expect when i ordered these. I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious they were. i will be ordering more as they were that good. Best Tortillas Ever
I love corn tortillas because they are low in carbs and have such a sweet taste. But, these hatch chilis go way beyond the regular corn tortillas and are just done right terrific. First they are a red color as they are infused somehow with hatch chilis and second is the sweet heat taste that they have when you take your first bite you immediately notice a sweet corn taste and then as you chew and get ready to swallow you start to get a slight heat from the hatch chili sauce that I assume is infused into the tortilla fixings. The heat is not overpowering and really makes enjoying the tortillas a real experience. I bought several packages and froze one so I can have them ready when the others are gone.
