Machete green chili
This was an excellent Salsa. They’re all just a little different each one of course I get the mild or mediums. I can do the heat, but not everybody else can so I choose to buy the mild or medium, but as they run down or run out, I should say I will continue to buy more thank you.
Mild is an understatement

I've been wanting to try this product for a couple years now and finally decided the time is now so I placed my order and unfortunately it does take forever to receive anything from the time I place my order to the time that I received it was like 3 weeks or so, the only downside is if you expect to receive it quickly that won't happen but aside from that the 575 machete is absolutely incredible on burgers so much so that I went back on and ordered two more jars and waited a week still got no confirmation of it being sent out got impatient and went back online in order to more jars before receiving the first two jars I ordered but the second time I place my order I chose USPS 2 days shipping and still didn't receive a confirmation about the items being shipped for a few days so if you're going to place your order with anything sadly you're not going to have any option but to be patient because it takes quite a while I'm sure they are definitely busy hopefully one day things will get sent out faster but aside from that I give the 575 machete a full five star rating that stuff is absolutely incredible and I highly recommend trying it if you can wait the extensive amount of time to receive it

It is mild, I cannot eat hotter chili due to a mouth injury which frustrates me as I grew up on medium- hot chili! I went to NMSU and love the various chilies from the State and blend my own from different parts.

I've neen watching your commercials on facebook for some time. We ordered two jars of the mild for a dinner party. Don't want to say anything bad but our guests and us didn't like it.

Excellent green chile!
I couldn’t wait to get this order, and immediately opened the jar of machete 575 green chili and put it on a quesadilla slice. It is every bit as good as Randy and crew say in their videos and on this site. So much good flavor with the lime and garlic, but the real deal is in the roasted hatch peppers. You can taste the quality in this, and you will not be disappointed. Almost want to just eat spoonfuls right out of the jar, don’t judge too harshly. I also ordered a few others and can’t wait to try them. Will be ordering more from here out. Thank you for putting out a great product. Randy and their family know what they are doing!

Easily the freshest and most flavorful that I've had. I found these by way of the videos on Facebook and had to try them. I have since ordered the Sweet Onion dressing, and multiple different varieties and they are all delicious. I've used them on burgers, brats, omelets, any mexican cuisine I fancy, and even pizza. Fantastic Product, which I will always use!!!

GREAT FLAVOR FROM AN "OFF" JAR
The flavor is fantastic, and heat level is perfect, but I must have gotten an "off" jar. When the jar arrived, the visible product quantity was a good 3/4 inch below the bottom of the jar lid versus full jars pictured in your commercials. Also, the product I received is nowhere near as thick as what is portrayed in your commercials where the jar has to be shaken to get product out onto a burrito. If I tipped my jar like in the commercials the product would pour out. I will order again and hope my next delivery meets what is portrayed in your commercials.

I ordered both the green and the green and red
I ordered both the green and the green and red. I meant to order just the red but I didn’t initially see it on the website so that’s my fault. After all the videos on social media I was super excited to try the salsa but to be honest, although it was good, it wasn’t the best I had. I did like how it was thick and not watery but the flavor was ehh, in my opinion. Being that I live in South Florida, took about a week and a half to get here and at $30 for two jars with shipping, it’ll likely be my last order.

All the Chile is good! This one was a lil to mild for me BUT its ok bc the hot and this together make medium which ended up being my fave.. The flavor is simple yet perfect, the flavors fresh. Its good enough IMO, that before I was even asked to review this Mild Chile, im already waiting on my second order... If you like this kind of stuff you'll LOVE The Fresh Chile Co products...

I was disappointed. It was labeled as mild but it wasn't. The flavor I was looking for wasn't there. It's the red haired step child to your other choices.

The Chile was ordered and sent as a birthday present. It arrived safely and intact. The time from the online order to the delivery was over 3 weeks. That seemed long, and it turned out to be a post birthday gift.

To running for me. Not like the advertising I see on Facebook. The first jar had flavor but the jar I am using now there’s no flavor 🤷♂️no spice. Definitely not worth $42 for three jars. And also not sure if it upset my stomach. Are you a very clean high protein diet so I normally never have any stomach issues

Hello, I wanted to try your green chile really really bad I bugged your company asking when the mild 575 was going to be back in stock. It finally was in stock so I ordered a jar of mild ( my wife can’t eat spicy) so I got my jar and after watching your adds I just had to try it on a cheeseburger. Now the hatch chile itself is very good and fresh tasting but the flavor just wasn’t there for me it was bland tasting now I could have added salt but I feel it should have been good straight out of the jar. I didn’t give up on you i may order another jar of hot because I love really hot hot sauces that might help with the taste. maybe another one of your sauces is more flavorful salt wise I could try. Ps I feel bad that I did not like it after reading all of the positive reviews. Thank you.

Same as the previous review... Absolutely delicious. Full of flavor! Again, be prepared to consume the whole jar within about a week because it'll start to turn within a week or so... They probably don't use preservatives so just keep that in mind.
