I have to keep the heat level at "Mild."
I ordered based on the email for the new mustard/relish. Sadly, I wish there was more relish in the mix; I also learned that medium heat is too much for me. FYI one glass of relish in the carton was completely smashed. Odd because the shipping box did not appear to be damaged. I also ordered more of Jenna's jams which I love to use for glazing all kinds of things, especially chicken wings and pork roasts.

We ordered several of Jenna's Jams & Jellies...the Mango is almost GONE! It is good as a dip and just a a spread on chicken...my daughter even had some on ice cream! We are diving into the other flavors...cherry is next in line, and then the pineapple! So far we are not disappointed...YUMMY Stuff!!
Not Jam, more like mango soup
The taste was very good though there was no hatch taste at all. I would not call it jam as it had the consistency of a thin soup. Can’t put it on a sandwich because it soaks the bread so much a sandwich will not hold together. Disappointing to say the least.

Very tasty! Not only do I eat it for PBJ, I like to put it on pork chops as they finish up on the grill. This helps elevate the chop's flavor but also highlights the Hatch red chile mango jam.

A lovely jam to spread on so many things. Just finished a toasted sourdough bread with some peanut butter and this jam. A very slight hint of heat. Can't wait to try it on a pork chop. I'd also buy it if you offered a medium heat level. Keep up the good work. Love all the products.

I used the Hatch Red Chile Mango Jam for my smoked baby back ribs, BBQ sauce glaze. Mixed it in a pot with a little BBQ sauce, honey, brown sugar and then my son said it needed a little something and added some smoked paprika (he was right on the money). Labor day weekend was a hit due to the jam! My family and friends wouldn't stop raving with the great comments about the ribs. They were they best they ever had. To toot my own horn, they were damn good! Sweet and spicy! I WILL DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK FOR MORE!

This jam is so delicious, it’s the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. I’ve tried it on several things, but I think my favorite is grilled chicken! It really bumps up the flavor of the meat and compliments it so well. Also tried it on eggs! There probably isn’t anything this wouldn’t taste good on. I absolutely love Jenna's Hatch Red Chile Mango Jam! Sweet and savory at the same time. And the Hatch chili flavor punches right through. It's great to put on sage sausage and hamburgers - and even toast. Sooner or later, I'd like to buy another jar! I learned about Jenna's jams from an episode of Cowboy Kent Rollins on YouTube, and how each purchase can help the Special Olympics. I've told family and friends about this, too, so I hope more customers will order these wonderful jams.

Hatch Red Chile Mango Jam

I purchased 3 different jars. All of them are so freaking good I just came back a week after delivery and bought 6 more. I'm worried the owners may have made a pact with the devil. It's all so good. Do not even try this stuff if you can't afford to keep buying. The jelly goes with everything. The 575s go with everything. The salsa is good on everything. This is dangerously good stuff.
