I have been ordering your products for at least a year or two now and absolutely my favorite thing to order from any company anywhere! I have been looking out for the Matador and recently got the mandatory green chili and the Matador enchilada sauce. Oh my God I wanted to write a poem about them. That's how yummy they are and hot, which is what I love! And then of course I got my jalapeño roast, which is also delicious. Thank you so much for your product and I will continue to be ordering all the way from Philadelphia PA.

The extra hot wasn’t very hot. I’m very disappointed considering I bought so many jars. I was really expecting this stuff to be hotter than Pace Hot.

Super good flavor and enough spice to make make me question why I left New Mexico. I hope one day to see some extra hot green chilies, like the ones they serve at the horsemens haven in Santa Fe or spicy like the ones they use at the NM beef jerky company in ABQ. Super glad I found a good place to get my chilie fix
My Favorite Enchilada Sauce!
I absolutely love the Matador chile flavor! Extra spicy and oh so good! I can’t find enough things to put it on! A household staple!
Different But Great!
I love this but for a different reason. Not really what I was expecting but still great. With the 575, I was expecting more spices like oregano, cumin, etc., but this enchilada sauce is light, fresh and citrusy, and yes WICKED hot 🥵 🤩

575 is amazing. The ads got me on FB. Super delicious, unique flavor and very fresh. You can eat it with a spoon by itself but really good on anything. I’ve probably gone through 10 jars.

Love to see this! Only tried their 575 and it’s very good. I bought a variety of them for family members in September 2024 for Cmas gifts and had to buy a whole new batch in November cause I ate em all.

Allegation of cultural appropriation against company owner
Horrible company,.....Colonist owns the company. He takes all the recipes from the Hispanic community, and then repackages it as Mexican food. Tell me...why would a man that steals from the Hispanic community not watch an Hispanic American sing at the 2026 super bowl?
