Great Chilies!!
We just make our favorite green chili recipe - Jerry Simmons's 2006 World Champion Winner as every year in the last 30 years living in Denver. Our first year in Savannah and used 5 pounds of your frozen mild and it was a true winner! The best part by far was not having to peel a bushel before prepping! We’ll be buying at least twice a year.
FROZEN HATCH . Anaheim chili doesn't give the chili verde that extra savory taste. Thank you!
Loved how my order was delivered very soon. Did I win the $10,000 ? I have a widowed daughter with 3 children, I'm helping raise <3.
Frozen chiles
Too soft, very difficult to get the seeds out. Wouldn't buy them again! Might as well go back to canned Ortega chiles, but they are horrible always split! Guess I will have to buy fresh and do it myself!
It is so good!!
Im so in love with this stuff
It was delicious. I thought I was just getting just chilies
I’m glad I opened it or it would have rotted in the box. It was not labeled as place in freezer upon delivery. Perishable isn’t very descriptive!
Great for making my Colorado Green chili on batches.
Hatch Chile Is the best!
We use it all the time, it is the best!! We are from Las Cruces, happy to receive Hatch Chile….
Hatch enjoyed in the PNW
Miss having Hatch Chile in the Northwest! I do grow some, however it does take a while to grow. Good to have some now!
Yummy as usual
I really wanted medium instead of mild, but I awaited too late & they were all gone. These are very tasty & I have no complaints.
Chunked not chopped
I ordered mild, chopped green Chiles. The Chiles were not chopped as finely as I would have preferred. Flavor great as always!
Arrived frozen!
Review
Exactly what I wanted! They’re excellent. The flat frozen package is great too…fits in the freezer well, lined up like files in a cabinet. So much better than a round tub.

Fabulous!
Having never tried frozen green chilies, I decided to take the plunge. These are great! I bought the 5lb box and they are in 1 lb bags. I thawed 1 ag and decided to try a pepper for breakfast. Oh my yummy goodness. 2 eggs, 1 chili and a couple of slice of bacon and wash in down with coffee, now that how to start my day. Thanks again FCC for another fabulous product.

I’ve tried many kinds of chopped green Chiles! These are the best ! My Salsa I make all the time and it’s so easy to pop some in the Micro and when it gets to the right temp , I cool them n them add them to my tomatoes and Cilantro and seasoning, it gives salsa a great taste !

Frozen green chili brands recommended over canned
Not canned. Canned is all awful. In the frozen section *Stinkin Good* brand tastes great.

Pro tip for buying and freezing Hatch chiles
The pro move is to buy a ton of them, roast them and remove the skins, chop them and then freeze in smaller batches so that you can use them all throughout the year.

Frozen green chile preferred, vacuum sealing recommended
I've always used frozen, if it's not available to be fresh. If done at home, I'd highly suggest vacuum sealing bags with smaller portions. It defrosts in warm water quickly.
