She had lived in New Mexico and loved Hatch Chiles, so I seen your Facebook page and ordered on the 5th of December to get them in by Christmas. Unfortunately not Fresh Chiles Companies fault at all. They ended up allover the east coast and never made it. One message to Fresh Chiles Company made it right and overnighted the missing items and we got poping those jars. I bought a dozen pack of various blends for Christmas presents, and for myself. I have tried three of the various jars and I am a little disappointed that the flavor is not a vibrant as I remembered Hatch Chili to be...? Maybe it's just me and my taste buds have changed in my old (70+) age, so I will give them more taste testing time to see if I have just been underappreciating what is really present. I ordered several jars of these as well. The medium green chilies are pretty good, but a little bland. I also ordered a jar of the red and green hot Sandia chile version, and that was much more flavorful. There's also an extra hot Matador version that I'd like to try.
