They say they don’t sell water, and they are correct. The consistency was perfect, the flavor was big, and the high quality is obvious. Excellent over eggs or in a tortilla. I went 4 stars instead of 5 because the cumin overpowers the chilis. I like cumin, but not at the expense of the peppers. And the peppers are why I bought this. Also: 575 is the area code for Hatch, not 505!

The "Hot" is a slow burn but never gets more than a small flame which dissipates after 15 or so seconds. It's enough to make you go in for more. It's rich, it's flavorful, you can taste the char, the spices......even the love. Man, this stuff is delicious. They were right when they said "You won't be sending this back".

I was expecting my order to be delivered. I made a meatloaf for dinner and the chile was delivered right at the tail end of the meal. I still had a portion of meatloaf on my plate when I opened the box. Cracked open a jar that was still warm from the delivery truck and sun. Poured on a big helping on green hatch 575 and the taste was mind blowing. S&H was a bit pricey as I live in NC, but it was worth it. Delicious !
