This stuff is so unique! I saw an adorable video ad for this Fresh Chile company introducing an employee named Jenna and it stole my 🫶🏽. I loved this mustard!! We like a good spicy brown mustard. This will be our new go-to mustard. Served this with some bratwursts we made with venison and FCC green chiles and it was perfect. I plan on trying with burgers soon and to make a sauce with pork tenderloin.

I do not know if I received a bad batch but mine was not hot at all. I ordered 4 jars and opened 1 and tried it and no heat. So I opened another one and the same thing. I mixed it up and took a big teaspoon out of each and still no heat. All the red and green chile I buy from FCC is medium heat so it is not like I have a high tolerance for heat. I remember Randy doing a video saying it was the hottest product they sold.

I live in southern Colorado where they put green chile sauce on everything, and almost every farmer's market has a Hatch chile roaster on site. Although I've never tried this mustard, the two primary flavors should pair well (as with the tumeric in this particular brand).
