Made me very sick
I received this product as a gift. I was excited to try it. For some reason, it made me violently ill. Vomiting and other bathroom issues. It is taken over 24 hours to rid myself of this toxic product. The product was softer and not a freeze dried consistency that I’m used to with other freeze dried products on the market. Would not recommend or chance trying again.

Tasty and convenient
This is my go to salsa when I need only a little to add to a recipe. It's got a bit of a bite and always adds the perfect touch.
Great Salsa
The salsa is really good on its own, but I also use this for a base salsa and add other ingredients in it, like the green chilies, fresh chopped tomatoes, diced onions, cilantro, or add it to guacamole. It's great over eggs, in tacos, burritos, and with red beans and rice. Add it to your homemade or canned chili for that extra-extra. We are in a high humidity area (Louisiana) and I know freeze dried products can start to absorb the moisture in the air, so, I removed the product from its original package and put in mason jars with an oxygen absorber and vacuum sealed it. GOOD STUFF!!! Definitely going to buy more.
We always like what we get . You cant go wrong any product from Fresh Chile . The freeze dry is amazing. We eat it with with almost everything and we share it with neighbors.

I felt the product tasted pretty good but it is extremely over priced for the few tablespoons it hydrates into.

The freeze dried concept is wonderful, however the amount of salsa it creates is just not enough. It definitely makes 1/2 cup of salsa, but when you sit down with a bag of chips, you maybe get 2-3 chipfulls The flavor was ok....I added it to my homemade spaghetti sauce, so it did not go to waste. I would not buy it again

The salsa was GREAT but I was a little disappointed. When following instructions, it said to mix 1/4 cup of water to 1/2 cup of salsa. The packet does not hold a 1/2 cup of salsa. I had to use 2 packets to get the mix correct. Kind of deceiving!! I guess it is all in the marketing. I love salsa but I will never purchase it again. Joe
