This is the freshest tasting salsa from a jar I've ever eaten. It's better than any fresh salsa from the refrigerator section too. The balance of flavors are sublime and it's very mild for any palate to enjoy. I've put it on so many different foods and it plays well from grilled to chicken to scrambled eggs. Buy a jar, buy six--it's that good!
