The Red and Green Chile Blend Medium heat is delicious! We opened one jar and loved the taste! Where as the Red and Green Blend Hot wasn't that tasty. We were a little disappointed because we've ordered Hot before and it was great. It just didn't taste the same. We noticed the color was a little darker and the chile didn't have that hot robust flavor. We ordered 6 Hot and 6 Medium jars. But this won't stop us from ordering more in the future. Thank You!!!

I’ve ordered twice from fresh chile. Each time I didn’t get what I ordered. The second time 33% of what I ordered wasn’t there and was replaced with “the same thing but thicker” they told me what I ordered was out of stock. when looking there was not the case it was STILL showing in stock. It’s not worth the price if the company can’t get you the correct order. they’ve also quit responding to emails.

I think maybe I had a wrong idea of what i was purchasing. It seems to be advertised as a finished salsa, but it is just plainly chopped chiles. Not much flavor, let alone any spicyness. I wouldn't really recommend it as a salsa. Maybe it has better use in other recipes.

There’s no other chili sauce in my kitchen other than Hatch chilies that I bring home every time I visit NM and share them with friends here on the west coast, they love them!

Their products and customer service are exceptional. The flavors are spot-on, featuring real grilled peppers with a smoky flavor. You can use them on anything. However, I’m using the products a little too frequently, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so I'm going to run out soon. The only issue is the size of the jars. They're the size of any other basic jar, which is a shame. They need to start selling barrels of this stuff.

So I used the red/green in making Jalapeño poppers. I added 4 spoon-fulls, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder and smoked paprika. Stuffed the jalepenos with the mixture and wrapped in applewood bacon. Smoked on the pit until tender. Absolutely great, now all my friends want the recipe.

This is an excellent product. Asa New Mexican that has since moved to California, this is the best option that I've had outside of NM. It smells like freshly roasted chile. I highly recommend these products. On a heat scale I bought the "Hot", and that it was pretty manageable. However I have a pretty high heat tolerance.

All of the Chili I have had is so terrific. I go through it like crazy. I like the medium but have some hot that is outstanding. My next move is whole chilis on the burgers and pork sandwiches. Super delicious.

575 is amazing. The ads got me on FB. Super delicious, unique flavor and very fresh. You can eat it with a spoon by itself but really good on anything. I’ve probably gone through 10 jars. Here’s a 575 burger I made. Do it!

Detailed review of green, red and green, and salsa products
I ordered several jars of these as well. The medium green chilies are pretty good, but a little bland. I also ordered a jar of the red and green hot Sandia chile version, and that was much more flavorful. There's also an extra hot Matador version that I'd like to try. If you're looking for a little more flavor, they also offer salsas, but they obviously won't be as thick. I ordered a red enchilada sauce that I haven't tried yet. I would definitely recommend the red and green mixed chile version to anyone who's looking for something more pepper-forward in flavor and thicker than salsa.

Whole30 compliance question raises ingredient concerns
I found something online that mentioned chicken base and what they put into their powdered chicken base. They does not mean the company you're referring to. But I would think the ingredients would be similar except there may be some sugar in it.
